January 2010
Agoos/Lovera Architects (A/LA) has just completed in association with Doyle + Associates, Shop TOO!, the museum store at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History in Fort Worth, Texas. The store is part of the new 160,000 square foot museum designed by Mexican architects Ricardo and Victor Legorreta. Sliding down the 14-foot tall “Bumbersaurus” slide, designed as the focus of the new store, has already been named as the number one thing to see when visiting the museum by the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram.
A/LA is pleased to announce that Glenmede, an investment and wealth management company with headquarters in Philadelphia, has selected the firm to assist them in designing their new, New York City office in a prestigious midtown Manhattan office building. The project includes general office and conference space to serve clients in the metropolitan area. Project completion is planned for early 2010.
Lastly, A/LA is proud to announce that CFO Helen Heenan is now a Certified Management Accountant (CMA®). Accountants who earn the CMA have displayed proficiency in many facets of accounting and financial management.
