Grady Ragsdale,
AIA

Associate

“Teamwork is an essential part of being successful at what we do and we have a great team to accomplish great things. I have always appreciated working with people who understand what that takes and how it really works.”

Grady Ragsdale’s architectural and building experience has been gained from over twenty-five years in the design and construction industry.  In that time, he has worked on a variety of projects in offices located in coastal Maine, New York City, and Philadelphia. Through this process he has acquired an in-depth understanding of complexities in the design, documentation, and building processes. Grady has a strong background in the multi-family housing market.   Recent work includes the renovation of The Residences at Two Liberty Place in Philadelphia, the design and documentation of luxury condominiums at both the Residences of Two Liberty and Waterfront Square Apartments, and renovations to The Arch Apartments in Philadelphia.  He has also worked with housing authorities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Washington, DC, area as well as the Philadelphia and Newark branches of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Design, to help develop needed affordable housing.  Outside of the office Grady volunteers with Montgomery County Habitat for Humanity.
